With custom 3D printing it is important to know what you are buying.

3D Printed parts will have layer lines, are thermal sensitive and usually will have less durability in comparison to molded plastics. However, you can create custom parts for less initial investment and when engineered with proper geometry and materials, 3D Printed parts can be durable and fulfil unique situations that molded parts would be too expensive or not practical dimensionally.

It is for these reasons we have a limited liability policy: We will cover parts that shipped incorrect or were damaged irreparable through shipment. Parts are not covered once assembled and/or used/abused.
